Brian Brancato
Grace Law is thrilled to have Brian as a Law Clerk. You can trust him to tell your story with passion and vigor and to fight for you in the Courtroom as he has done throughout his career.
Law Clerk
As a Law Clerk, he works with the attorneys to perform legal research and drafts legal pleadings, motions, discovery and all other types of legal documents. Brian coordinates with the attorneys to prepare for trial and strategizes with the attorneys in the gameplan for our cases. Brian meets with clients to learn their story in order to draft effective and persuasive legal documents.
Brian is an excellent writer and legal research professional. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Master’s in English Literature (which he completed in just one year). He graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School and was a Managing Editor on the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and was published twice.
Brian practiced law for 10 years in New Orleans, where he gained valuable experience in the fields of civil litigation, criminal law, family law, maritime law and appellate practice. Brian, however, is not licensed to practice in Nevada.
Brian devotes most of his spare time to playing USTA League Tennis where he was part of a 2022 Intermountain Division Mixed Doubles Championship winning team (beating the best teams from Utah, Colorado and Idaho) and has played on multiple Nevada District Champion teams in 2022 and 2023. Brian also occasionally plays golf and is an avid fan of live music—especially the New Orleans Jazz Fest.
Success in law isn't merely winning cases; it's about restoring lives, mending hearts, and championing justice with unwavering dedication and compassion
